We require users to notify us if there are special handling requirements for a given part. Such special handling requirements may include (but are not limited to):
- Reflow compatibility issues,
- Extreme MSL issues - i.e., MSL5A or MSL6,
- "Bake Before Use"
- Reflow tolerance - can a part handle two reflow passes for two-sided placement?
- Parts that require special handling (i.e., special nozzles, off-center pickup, etc.) - this is typically found with with certain LEDs, and certain MEMs based sensors.
Lack of notification, where warranted, will mean that assembly happens at the client's risk - so read those datasheets, OK?
